Rates and Terms of Service

At Ritchie Performance LLC, we are committed to providing transparent pricing and exceptional service. Below is a breakdown of our rates and fees:

Labor Rates

• General Labor: $165 per hour

• Labor Rate with Customer-Supplied Parts: $190 per hour

• Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: $165 per hour

• Consulting Services: $165 per hour

Storage Fees

• Indoor or Outdoor Storage: $50 per day

Additional Fees

• Credit Card Processing Fee: 4% of total balance

• Late Fee (applies after 7 days past due): 5% weekly on the net balance, including all fees

Consulting Services

• Consulting Service: FREE

Terms of Service

• All rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Late fees apply to outstanding balances past the due date.

• A minimum charge of one hour applies to all consulting services.

• Rates may vary based on service complexity.
